Delegates from Village and Neighborhood Committees of Andek Council converged in the Andek Council hall on 15th April 2025, in a workshop organized by Andek Council. The workshop was chaired by Lord Mayor Ubangoh Helly and was attended by the representative of the state, Divisional Officer Oteh Philip BACHE. The workshop was to train the VNC delegates on selecting priority projects for the various communities of the municipality. This is in line with the present dispensation for the participation of the citizens in council business in the decentralization process; and a requirement for any community to benefit from PROLOG grants.
