On Monday, 16th October 2023, instead of going to work on their permanent portion along the
principal road, as per Municipal Decision No 151/AC / SG/SP/2023 of 3rd Oct. 2023, the population of
Tinechung village (men, women and Children above the age of 15 years) shall participate in the clearing

The 2023 NGIE UNITY SPORTS TOURNAMENT has been launched in Andek, today 02nd

An Andek Council Sports Committee has been created with Mr. Egemang Polycarp as the

INVITATION TO AN URGENT EVALUATION MEETING.
You are cordially invited to attend an urgent and important evaluation meeting of Safety-Net activities
in the Municipality since the last payment and to prepare the grounds for the next payment due soon.
The meeting shall take place on Tuesday, 25th July 2023 in the Andek Council Hall, at 11 am prompt.
Each participant is expected to,
– Come along with a report of safety-Net activities in his/her area of jurisdiction since the last
payment;
– Bring a plan of action for the next one month;
– Bring along a list of current beneficiaries whom by their status, after genuine complaints from
members of your community, are not supposed to benefit from the project, following the
conditions put forward by the project. This should be accompanied by a list of truly vulnerable
persons of the community who are on the waiting list, for possible swapping.

You are cordially invited to attend an important evaluation meeting of activities of the Nurses and
Paramedics employed by the Andek Council in the Municipality since January 2023.
The meeting shall take place on Friday, 28th July 2023 in the Andek Council Hall, at 11 am prompt.
Each Nurse/Paramedic is expected to,
– Come along with a report of his/her activities since January 2023 and the attendance register of
the Health Institution where he/she belongs, for the corresponding period.
– Bring along attestations of effective presence for each month, from July 2022 to June 2023.

Within the framework of the execution of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development (PPRD) of the
NW/SW and in respect to the recommendations of the last follow-up meeting on PPRD, the Mayor of Andek here launches the
recruitment of 100 holiday makers for various tasks in the municipality.

Some have gone as far as undertaking some repair works on the structures, in their determination for the effective resumption of classes in the state operated school campuses.
