Andek Council has three main committees, which are;

The project, infrastructure and development committee

The project, infrastructure and development committee is made-up of eight (8) Councillors headed by a chairperson, vice chairperson and a secretary. The duty of this committee is to ensure that priority projects are given due considerations and to communities that deserves such projects while also ensuring that projects are equitably distributed amongst all communities and  following up projects awarded to contractors from execution to completion

The social and education committee

The social and education committee is made-up of eight members charged to study matters concerning basic education, health and social affairs within Ngie Sub-Division while proposing recommendations and solutions towards a sustainable development of the aforementioned to Andek Council.

The finance committee

The finance committee has eight members amongst which there is a chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary at the head. This committee is charged to study and recommend new avenues for revenue to boast Andek Council’s income.
