Process for Obtaining a Birth Certificate at Andek Council
Initial Declaration Andek Council Civil Registry:
Parents should declare the birth at Andek Council Civil Status Office within 90 days from the day the child is born
Required Documents:
- A birth report from the hospital the child was born,
- A declaration from a traditional chief/midwife (for non-hospital births),
- Marriage certificate (if applicable), and
- National ID cards of the parents and witnesses
